About US
The
Loudoun ’97 Black (formerly Loudoun Hurricane) was formed in the
Summer of 2006 as a travel soccer team representing the Loudoun Soccer
Club. The girls are skilled players who are dedicated to soccer
and to the friendships they enjoy with one another. The team
hopes to make a strong showing in our second season in the Washington
Area Girls Soccer league (WAGS) this fall and plans to continue our
play with winter sessions at the Dulles Sportsplex.
Head Coach – Ashlee Comber
We
are excited to have Ashlee Comber as our Head Coach! Ashlee was a

for having the least goals scored against her in a season and holds the
NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma. Ashlee also earned MVP honors
for her opening game vs. rival Florida Gators (home to Abby
Wombach). Ashlee’s Semi-pro experience includes Defensive
starter for Tampa Bay and Jacksonville, Florida.
Assistant Coach – Annette Vernail
Annette
Vernail joins Loudoun ’97 Black as Assistant Coach.
Annette’s experience includes not only previous playing
experience but coaching as well. She is a great addition to our
coaching staff.
